Section 5: Shipping, Customs & Risk of Loss All cross-border shipping risks of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNOPLUS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use, accidental drops, or ingestion of small parts. Our maximum liability shall strictly not exceed the total amount paid for the disputed order.
